Listing requirements becomes very easy thanks to the numerous possibilities on offer within the Inser Training proposal: individually or by group, by name or 'en masse', by course or training programme. You can also define budgets by training area, theme or focus. Inser Training offers a means of controlling all the costs involved, allocating priorities or even indicating the training courses accepted, refused or postponed...

It is also possible to define objectives or themes, take into account different management assignments and handle on-line training courses.

A continuous help function with your sessions

Whether you have drawn up a training plan or not, Inser Training makes the organisation of your training sessions extremely simple. With just one click, you can register trainees, reserve dates (on a clearly displayed calendar), select organisers or choose an organisation.

The automatic generation of interview notifications, programmes and orders (which can be sent by post or E-mail) and the different planning charts will save you a considerable amount of time.

The Inser Companion and the different warnings (notifications to be sent out, incomplete sessions, evaluations not received etc.) will enable you to steer your training activity both rapidly and efficiently.


Rapid and precise monitoring of your activity

At the end of the training course, you can record withdrawals, partial attendance levels, actual costs and invoices. Of course, numerous control panels facilitate a detailed analysis of your training activity: actual expenditure, budget variances, background data, evaluations etc.


Integration of your Salary and HR data

Different links exist between Inser Training and the salary/staff management software programmes, so that all your data can automatically be recovered.
It is also possible to inter-link with the accounting, invoicing and skills management programmes, offering even greater integration into your Information System. The integration of your existing data (courses, organisations, background data, training plans etc.) enables a simple and rapid transition over to the Inser Training programme.


Drawing up your own charts

In addition to the standard statements, you can draw up your own analysis and graph charts. You can also export the majority of the pre-defined charts to other software programmes and to HTML format.


Customization of the software programme

Designed in conjunction with Training Managers, the Inser Training software programme is already tailored to the requirements of users, which means that that the initial phases are completed very rapidly. Parameters can also be adjusted to take into account certain specific requirements in terms of organisation or training management.


Intranet @

With Inser Training, you can export your documents to HTML format so as to make them available on your Intranet site. Additional modules also provide a means of displaying your training proposal or inputting training requirements via the Intranet.
